What kinds of documents can I print and mail through PrintByPost?
Almost anything you'd put in a USPS envelope: contracts, signed agreements, resumes, rental applications, invoices, tax forms, legal letters, greeting cards, business letters, photos, and personal correspondence. PrintByPost is built for one-off and small-batch jobs — not bulk mailers or marketing campaigns. We accept PDFs (best fidelity) plus JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP images.
How much does double-sided printing save me?
Double-sided printing saves a small amount per physical sheet, and the discount shows up automatically when you toggle the option in the cart. It only applies to documents that are at least 2 pages long — a 1-page document is still 1 physical sheet, single-sided or not. The savings stack across all double-sided items in your order.
Is PrintByPost cheaper than FedEx Office or the UPS Store?
Usually yes — especially for short documents being mailed (not picked up). PrintByPost starts at $2.99 including standard shipping. A FedEx Office mail-and-print order for the same document typically runs $7–15 once you add the envelope, label, and shipping. PrintByPost also doesn't charge a per-trip fee or require you to visit a store.
