Need to mail a letter — personal, business, or formal — without going to the post office? Upload a PDF or even a JPG image, and we print it on letter-size paper, seal it in a #10 envelope, and mail via USPS to any address in the world.
Any address, anywhere
Domestic or international, we route every letter through USPS. From $2.99 in the US, $4.99 worldwide.
Personal touch
Real paper, a real USPS stamp, sealed in a real envelope. The recipient experiences something tangible — not another notification.
Color or B&W
Print in color for photo letters or designed greeting cards. Stick with B&W to keep costs down for routine correspondence.
No minimums, no subscription
Send one letter or send dozens. Pay per order. No monthly fee, no commitment.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders placed before 2 PM PT the same business day. USPS First Class typically arrives in 2–5 business days; Priority Mail in 1–3. You'll see live rates and estimated delivery dates at checkout so you can pick whatever works best.
Do you mail internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via USPS International. One-page B&W international orders start at $4.99 including standard delivery. Most countries reach 5–10 business days; some regions are longer. Customs forms are filled out automatically based on the addresses.
What's the difference in price between color and black-and-white?
Color adds a per-page premium over the B&W rate. The exact rates are listed on the pricing page and update live in the cart as you toggle options. A short letter that's color throughout typically lands a dollar or two above the B&W price; longer color jobs scale from there.
Is PrintByPost cheaper than FedEx Office or the UPS Store?
Usually yes — especially for short documents being mailed (not picked up). PrintByPost starts at $2.99 including standard shipping. A FedEx Office mail-and-print order for the same document typically runs $7–15 once you add the envelope, label, and shipping. PrintByPost also doesn't charge a per-trip fee or require you to visit a store.
