PrintByPost is the easiest way to print and mail a document online. Upload a PDF or image, pick your options, and we handle printing, packaging, and the trip to USPS. Here's exactly what happens after you click Upload.
1. Upload your PDF
Drop a PDF, Word document (.doc/.docx), or image (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP) into the upload zone on the homepage or upload directly. Files up to 20 MB each, up to 100 MB total. Word documents are converted to PDF automatically — you'll see the converted preview before paying. Most documents — contracts, resumes, letters, invoices, tax forms, rental applications — work without any prep.
2. Choose your print options
Pick black-and-white or color, single-sided or double-sided. Double-sided automatically saves you per sheet. The cart shows your subtotal as you change options. When you're ready, enter the shipping address. See the full price breakdown on the pricing page.
3. We print and seal your document
Your order moves into our print queue. We print on letter-size 8.5 × 11 paper, fold (or keep flat for thicker jobs), and seal in a #10 envelope or flat mailer. A USPS stamp goes on the corner, and we hand it to USPS the same business day for most orders placed before mid-afternoon.
4. USPS delivers to any address
Standard delivery reaches US addresses in 5–10 business days, free on every order. Priority Mail (1–3 days, tracked) is +$8; Priority Express (1–2 days, tracked) is +$28. International orders deliver in 5–10 business days to most countries, longer to some regions. You'll get a confirmation email when we ship, and a tracking number if your tier includes tracking. Check the FAQ for more on lost mail, certified options, and PO boxes.
